These are the plain-English terms for working with ZibCore. By ordering a plan or hiring us, you agree to them.
What we provide
We design and build websites, set up FAQ chatbots, and host and maintain them, as described on our pricing page. We'll always be clear about what's included before you commit.
Pricing & billing
- Each plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee for hosting, care, and support.
- The setup fee is due before we begin building. The monthly fee starts when your site or chatbot goes live.
- Prices are in USD. Launch pricing is introductory and may change for new customers over time — your agreed price won't change without notice.
Cancelling
No long contracts. You can cancel the monthly plan any time with 30 days' notice. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has started.
What you own
You own your website content, your words, and your chatbot's configuration. If you cancel, you keep them. Some third-party tools and hosting may need to be moved or re-set-up on your side — we'll help where we can.
What we don't promise
We build clean, modern websites and helpful chatbots. We do not guarantee specific business results — such as a number of customers, leads, bookings, sales, or search rankings. Those depend on your offer, your market, and your customers.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information for your site and chatbot (hours, services, pricing, answers).
- Make sure you have the rights to any logos, photos, or text you provide.
- Review work at each stage so we can finish on time.
Support
Your monthly fee covers hosting, security updates, small edits, and technical support. Large new features or full rebuilds are quoted separately.
