ZibCore ("we", "us") builds websites and FAQ chatbots for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain because that's how we like things.

What we collect

When you contact us or request an order: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), your message, and your preferred ways of being contacted.
When you use the cart: the plans you add are stored only in your own browser (local storage). We don't see this until you submit an order.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell your data, or collect anything you don't hand us directly.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
To prepare a quote, set up your website or chatbot, and provide ongoing support.
To contact you the way you told us you prefer (email, text, or call).

Who we share it with

Only the services that make this site work:

Formspree — delivers your form submissions to our inbox.
Our hosting provider — serves this website.
Stripe — if and when card payments are enabled, Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your full card details.

We don't share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer details for as long as we're working together, and a reasonable time after, so we can support you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
